How long is the delivery process?
Orders are usually processed within two days, with an expected delivery time between 2 to 4 days working days, and 10 days for international orders.
For further information on delivery times, costs, and our international rates, please read the shipping policy to find out more.
Do you deliver internationally?
You will be pleased to hear that worldwide shipment is available on all #YourNior products, with more information on the costs and time of doing so, available here.
However, please note there may be certain circumstances in which you will find the Nior London website to not always be the best way for you to purchase #YourNior product(s): this is explained further in the #YourNior International Returns & Exchange Policy section.
Payment & V.A.T
For all #YourNior orders, payment can be made in either GBP, or the local currency within the country you wish to have your order delivered to. However, please note that all prices displayed on the Nior London website, for both our product(s) and their delivery, are inclusive of any U.K Value Added Tax applicable. Therefore, the total price for any #YourNior product(s), and/or delivery, will always be the same, regardless of whether or not U.K Value Added Tax is chargeable on the sale.
Where delivery is requested to an EU address, the price for #YourNior product(s) and their delivery will usually include the appropriate VAT, of which will be set at the rate for the country of delivery.
If you wish to place an order for product(s) with a delivery address outside of the E.U, both the products and the delivery service will tend to be zero-rated, and there will be no U.K Value Added Tax charged on either. Although, you will find that the price you pay for #YourNior product(s), and/or their delivery, will remain at the same price as that shown on our website.
Unfortunately, because of this, you may find the Nior London website will not always be the best way for you to buy our products. Especially if you either are; a non-UK resident wishing to claim back VAT on #YourNior order(s) made for delivery outside the E.U, or if you are an E.U trade customer expecting to buy our goods and delivery services exclusive of VAT. Therefore, in these situations, you may like to place #YourNior orders through our specialist export retailers, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. However, please note that shipping costs charged by this service may vary from that of the services offered via the Nior London website, and in most instances, will be higher.

All #YourNior products have been meticulously designed to ensure maximum ease, and absorption of our formulae into the skin. Therefore, you will find with each and every one of the Nior products you try, they will sink in beautifully. For further information on the directions and frequency of use, or the ease of application, please read the product leaflet enclosed within #YourNior product(s) box, or the product details provided on our website.
Can I use Nior London formulas after surgery?
All of #YourNior products are suitable for use on fully-healed scars, avoiding direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds. However, if any irritation were still to occur, then we advise you to stop using the product(s) immediately and seek medical attention.
How long can I keep each product?
The recommended shelf life for each #YourNior product is 36 months, which would be reduced to 12 months once the product has been opened. For certain products, due to the levels of potent and highly active ingredients, some natural discolouration is to be expected over time. However, please rest assure, this will not impact the life of the product - nor the results they deliver!
Are my Nior products tested on animals?
Nior London are proud to inform you that #YourNior products have not been, or will ever be, tested on animals. Testing of finished cosmetic products on animals has been banned in the EU since 2004, and testing of all cosmetic raw material on animals since 2009. Therefore, it goes without saying, that all of our Nior London skincare products comply with this mandatory requirement!
Where are Nior products made?
Nior London are proud to announce that all of our skincare products have been designed and produced within the UK, alongside an expert team of chemists and researchers, at one of Europe’s leading laboratories, holding both GMP certification and MHRA approval.
Does the product contain preservatives?
Due to the maximum levels of potent active ingredients that allow #YourNior formula(s) to deliver the results they claim, each Nior product has been carefully designed to ensure it is airless, and preserved at its optimal level.
As a result, you will find that the Nior London skincare product range has been designed to include preservatives, as it is a legal requirement for all multiple use cosmetic products, that can perceivably support microbial growth, like our formulas, to pass a Preservative Efficacy Challenge Test (PET).
Are Nior products organic / made from organic ingredients?
With our primary focus being on results, it is not always feasible for us to source and use organic ingredients within our Nior London formulae. However, with our promise to be a brand of integrity, we are always trying to do our best and trying to discover ways in which this would be possible, on a longer-term basis, without deterring from our purpose.
Where can I buy Nior London products?
